How much butter do you put on your bacon?

I actually have eggs! So i will. The grocery store sent me a coupon for a free dozen so i picked some up a couple days ago. Before that I only bought eggs maybe once in the last couple years. When I had some house guests, not even for myself. They were too expensive before and not good bang for the buck.Save the oil to fry up some eggs. Yum yum yum.
Typically I fry a couple pounds of ground beef in the bacon grease.

I cook bacon on a cookie sheet in the oven. Periodically I take it out and drain the pan into a glass jar. Way back when, my young daughter saw me do that and said, "Ewww, that's gross!"
I said, "Not as gross as it would be if I didn't do it".

zero butter, none. I didn't even realize anyone did this.
Its an old world recipe, how my Nana from Lemuria used to make it.
There was a saying in her village that all the children were told at dinner time.
You need to eat your butter to grow up strong. Children who don't eat their butter will become weak.
When the Atlanteans raid the village they will capture the weak children and force them to work in their copper mines until they die of exhaustion.
I think it was just a scare tactic to get kids to eat. The village hardly ever got raided.
I don't have any bread / toast. Carbs sound good thoughI'm with SoundDesign! Always put foil on cookie sheet and cook in oven. I flip every 10 min. till desired crispness! No butter needed but save that for eggs and toast.

It says vegetarian on the package.
After I cooked my bacon I smushed it into a ball to shape it like an apple and ate it that way.
Because being a meat-a-saurus, sometimes you just want to pretend to eat a plant.

This is worse than turkey bacon, which is in and of itself an abomination.

I can never get enough grease into my system.
And if you go dump your scoot you can slide down the highway without too much damage.

I always grill the bacon because it's healthier. Then, I put lashings of butter on the bread roll to make my 'bacon butty' with loadsa ketchup!
