I would like to mention that the "MIM/Import full-size steel tremblock and bridge assembly" on gfs fit awesome on my SE and made me pretty happy MINUS the bent steel saddles. two stripped and they were even under tension at all. They dont thread those bent steel saddles they just use oversize screws and hope they stay snug. Awful design. I ended up using the squire zinc ones till I decide it's worth 20 shipping to Mail a 15 dollar set of saddles I guess.

Thanks Ricky I saw a vid from Braun that i was wondering if better or not.. Im still pondering if the bridge is functional. FIVE springs to make it float concerning me.. I remember you saying the GFS Good bridge.. So you saying the Gfs saddles went quick?

Ya. I would spend another 12 on the stainless set and maybe keep the bent steel ones that come in the assembly as backup. They aren't good. But the rest of it was. The arm the plate the block the claw the springs. Really decent . And did make a difference. Floating it perfect with 4 springs and 10s. I just ended up putting my stock saddles back on.

He was comparing a squire strat to a fender.. He didnt push the bridge, i just finally had a chance to look at the difference.. Guy seems cool..Full of good information.. Has some good manufacturers for his wiring... Fr can play as well..He went to school for classical guitar or played it while going to music school.. Kind of get the idea him and the guy from Daves house of fun in the middle of Canada waiting for thaw out! Lolol

I just bought some graph tech saddles. The grub screws aren't stripped, the hole it fits in was. I know these saddles are expensive, but I just want something done for now and anything that can help tuning 1% is welcome. I may replace the bridge and block later on, but then I thought of all the other tweaks I could do while that is all off and just dont have time for it now.
