Congrats on the Gretsch. Glad to hear all the things you like about it.
I just added the tenth Gretsch to my collection. No P90's on mine. One Streamliner, six electromatics and three prolines.
Enjoy your new one and we'll see if you start looking for an addition one. They are addictive.

I’ve had three, first was a 5622T, that I returned, as it had some issues, and didn’t sound as Gretsch-y as my modded Dot Studio (story is here).

I’ve also got a Gin Rickey that I like muchly.

HNGD. The 2200 Junior Jets are among the best all around players I've ever had. Bought a gold 2210 last summer and was so impressed I bought a 2217 last winter. I have other Gretsches, Fenders, Epiphones, Squiers, Washburns, and I just can't put these little Junior Jets down. Waaay too much fun to just pick up and play.

Here's a video of the 5 best sub-$500 guitars from last year, check out his pick at the 5:05 mark.
