Just got comped a pair of tickets for a local show that goes on sale tomorrow morning. Psyched. A Monday night in late February. Small venue. My buddy just hooked me up. Haven't been excited to see a show in a while. Looking forward to this one.

The Winery Dogs have been busy with their respective day jobs, but now we finally get a new Winery Dogs album, and it's an absolute banger from start to finish.

I hear you. Mine's a Monday night but it's close and I like the venue. I wouldn't have even noticed except my friend hooked me up. Now I'm psyched. I've seen Sheehan (with Paul Gilbert?) at a G3, I think, and I've seen Portnoy a few times. Never seen Kotzen.

If you're in the winter doldrums that week and need a boost, I'd jump on 476 and check it out. You only live once, and it's funny the things that you always remember.

Ok, I'm going to date myself here, but I saw Billy Sheehan back in 1980 with his old band Talas.

Then talking to someone over the weekend, I mentioned that I saw Randy Rhoads with Ozzy in 1980. Bon Scott with AC/DC in 79. Boy I feel old.
