I was going to get the IYV one off eBay after Xmas, with neck removed shipping, a natural top, and sound hole instead of slots (verified via email options) for about $250, I’d get a usable backup (with a replaceable battery) for my JM Acoustasonic, but at $649 at PAS, I know exactly the (chunky) neck profile, and operation I already know for half price (and a replaceable battery). This is driving me nuts!

I figured it out. Adorama sent out a Black Friday email and it lists this guitar on sale for $549 but when you click on the ad, it shows it as $499. An excellent deal if you ask me. You need the email or the link to get the deal.

I think this has been mentioned but PAS has a bunch of open-box Squiers for sale. Little strange but for example that "used" Squier Affinity JM that sold for $159.99 is now even cheaper ... $149.99 ... as an open-box item. The savings are less on other models , maybe $20 or so.

They've dropped the prices on some of the Squiers even more for the rest of the weekend.

They're listing them as Open Box, used and new. Some Paranormals are down to $199.
